Modern economic research aims to be fully traceable in terms of methods employed and data used. In order to meet these requirements, I am happy to disclose my STATA(c) programme files (.do-files) and data files if permissible by copyright. You may alter the files in order to make them run on your system but I retain all rights associated with their publication. You may, of course, use parts or all of them to create new research and I would be grateful if, when so doing, you were to acknowledge your sources accordingly:

Instructions: Unzip archive anywhere on your computer (any platform). Open do-file in STATA’s do-file editor. Change line 21 (“global diss “./Desktop/EMOGIR/””) to match the folder you extracted the archive to.

Data preparation: /do/Eurostat_01_Aufbereitung.do and /do/Eurostat_02_EMOGIR.do are called from within /do/CFG_06_EMU_application.do.

Instructions: Unzip archive anywhere on your computer (any platform). Open do-file in STATA’s do-file editor. Change line 21 (“global diss “./Desktop/EMOGIR/””) to match the folder you extracted the archive to. Change lines 48 to 61 to run the desired part of the programme.
